Meet the experienced and friendly doctors who make The Focal Pointe a proud provider of vision care products and services in Florida.
Richard Hamilton
O.D.
“The patient always comes first.”
I had surgery to straighten my eyes when I was 6. At 12, I was put into contacts and I thought it was a miracle. I’ve wanted to pass on the miracle of good vision to others ever since.
Today, I enjoy the challenge of identifying and offering solutions to vision-related problems. I think my best quality is devotion. I am devoted to my family, my profession, my practice, and my patients. I want my patients to trust me for their vision healthcare needs.

Optometry provided him an opportunity to significantly impact the lives of patients of various ages and backgrounds in an ideal work environment. Diagnosing and treating eye conditionsand improving his patient’s vision through corrective eyewear improves their well-being and overall quality of life; this brings him a great sense of purpose and drives his passion for the job.
